Brighter Beginnings for Survivors: Subaru Temecula's Generous Contribution
The Survivor Baskets, thoughtfully curated and generously donated by Subaru Temecula, provide essential items that help survivors as they transition into new living situations. These baskets are filled with necessities that many of our clients lack when they are forced to leave their homes due to domestic violence, child abuse, elder abuse, or sexual assault. On the very day of delivery, two victims found immediate relief, taking home baskets that contained everything needed to start afresh. One survivor expressed her gratitude, saying, “It had everything I needed to start life again.”
These baskets/totes include toiletries, household items, personal care products, and other essentials that help survivors start over with dignity and a sense of security. They are not just about providing material support but also about sending a message of hope and community solidarity. Knowing that the community cares deeply about their wellbeing can make a significant emotional impact on survivors, giving them strength and encouragement to move forward.
