Our programs provide education and support for individuals who have experienced domestic violence, and parents who want better communication with their teens.

These programs focus on building healthier relationships, developing coping skills, fostering self–discovery, learning about safety planning, and finding support while working toward healing and growth.

Domestic Violence Education Classes 10-Week Course

Our classes provide education and safety planning information for individuals who have experienced domestic violence.

Topics cover understanding intimate partner violence, the impact of domestic violence on children and families, safety planning and barriers to leaving an abusive relationship, healthy relationships, and wellness, understanding the civil and criminal justice system in relation to domestic violence, and more.

Women's After-Care Education Groups

A program for trauma survivors, Women’s Circle is a support group for women to share, explore, build skills, and encourage one another to live authentically in mind, body, heart, and spirit.

Group topics include Identity – Who I Am, Relationships, and Being a Well Woman.

Parent Project

Empowering Parents. Transforming Teens.

Learn how not to argue with your child again. Prevent or intervene in alcohol or drug use. Improve school attendance and performance. Explore concrete solutions for media issues. Parent Project works towards improving communication with youth, which can help strengthen family bonds and create a more positive home environment.

Volunteers and Interns serve a big role in our programs. We rely on volunteers/interns to help us deliver high quality, trauma informed programs and care to survivors of abuse.
